Ingredients

  • 4 Crumbed Chicken Breasts
  • Pizza Sauce
  • 4 Slices Ham
  • 50g Cheese
  • 50g Crushed Peanuts
  • 10 Grape Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Continental Cucumber
  • 100g Mesclun Salad
  • 1 Red Chilli
  • 1/4 Red Onion
  • 1/4 Red Capsicum
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper

Note

This combination of rich and hearty chicken and cheese with a spicy salad makes for a quick and filling lunchtime treat.

Directions

Step 1
Turn on sandwich maker lightly spray with oil and place 4 crumbed chicken breasts in and close lid and cook for 5 minutes turning once halfway though cooking
Step 2
Open lid and place pizza sauce, ham and cheese on top of chicken set the height of the toaster above the chicken to melt the cheese
Step 3
Slice onion, chilli, capsicum and tomatoes place in a bowl with remaining ingredients and toss together
Step 4
Plate and serve
