- 4 Crumbed Chicken Breasts
- Pizza Sauce
- 4 Slices Ham
- 50g Cheese
- 50g Crushed Peanuts
- 10 Grape Tomatoes
- 1/2 Continental Cucumber
- 100g Mesclun Salad
- 1 Red Chilli
- 1/4 Red Onion
- 1/4 Red Capsicum
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper
Note
This combination of rich and hearty chicken and cheese with a spicy salad makes for a quick and filling lunchtime treat.
Directions

| Turn on sandwich maker lightly spray with oil and place 4 crumbed chicken breasts in and close lid and cook for 5 minutes turning once halfway though cooking | |

| Open lid and place pizza sauce, ham and cheese on top of chicken set the height of the toaster above the chicken to melt the cheese | |

| Slice onion, chilli, capsicum and tomatoes place in a bowl with remaining ingredients and toss together | |
